Other Sims do visit the surrounding fishing, play and entertainment areas. As explained by @jpkarlsen there is also group of food vendors very near this spot. Myshuno Meadows also makes a pretty wedding venue or party spot. With a few minor additions (beds/showers/etc) it can serve as a temporary residence especially for homeless Sims.

- The Sims 4 Get to School Mod Pack: Frequently Asked Questions. The mod adds two new venue types, “Elementary School” and “High School”. When it comes time for a Sim to go to school, they will be sent to the venue based on the type.
- Note, while 'wedding' is one option on the event menu, your Sims can technically get married at any type of event (black and white bash, spooky party, dinner party, weenie roast, etc.), goaled or not. Just keep in mind that each type of event would have different goals and rewards.

Sims 4 Venue Types Mod
The Chowder House V2 is CC-free and set up as a Restaurant venue to work with the Dine Out Game Pack. I’ve playtested it as both an owner and customer so it should work OK but let me know if anything is weird! Also, I’ve set up a custom menu and staff uniforms so hopefully that will carry over.
